Movie with the ME Jazz ppl... + Karate with Albert Sempai

Haha.... well... we went to watch Le Grand Chef yesterday with carrotcak, wanping, joyce, xiangyu, juebin and xueyin... Well overall it was a not bad movie.. just that alot of raw scenes of them chopping up the fishes and everything.. well.. guess this is one movie they can't use the tagline "No animals were harmed in the process of this movie"

After the movie, ahdee rushes back for karate lessons and while changing ahdee was thinking who was taking the training as the kiai sounds a bit different from the usual ones ahdee has heard.

To his surprise... It's ALBERT SEMPAI.... Ya.... most of us love it when albert sempai comes to train with us as he will always stay back after lessons and coach us on some useful techniques... Hmmm Leong Lock Sempai asked me to go try chopping down on albert sempai's hands.. which ahdee did.. and as you all probably guessed it... Ahdee's hand pain sia...after alot of chop ahdee can feel that wow.... albert sempai's arms seems like got cushion or something hard.

There's more... Last time ahdee always heard from roy how albert sempai always ask ppl to punch him in his stomach.... He asked ahdee to do that yest. And ahdee really used alot of force to hit him already... yet he doesn't seem to feel anything..... it's like punching into a thick layer of cushion... my hand doesn't feel pain.. neither does his.... ALBERT SEMPAI rocks.... hope he comes back often... hehe
