Ahdee tries Wokking

Haha... well... wondered what is wokking? Well... Cos its cooking following the recipes of Wokkingmum . Ahdee wanted to make the mango pudding for daddy... cos its ahdee's daddy's birthday today.

So today ahdee went with mummy to kovan's heartland mall where he bought one bottle of Gelatine and 1 litre of Peel Fresh Mango Juice. Hmmm got a long long long lecture from mummy about how it will be easier to use those packet jelly powder and how not safe it is to follow online recipe. But ahdee just switched off his ears... and go ahead and bought 999 bottles 1 bottle of gelatine. (ahdee trusts wokkingmum's recipes...).

Anyway, therefore ahdee embarks on his first mango pudding adventure. Hmmm Checking things that he need, ahdee gets the hot water, pours gelatine onto tablespoon... and put inside water. Guess what happens? The gelatine turns into a monster and starts biting ahdee and ahdee had to use his karate chop to slay the monster. The gelatine starts sticking to the spoon >.< *roars* Too fast solidify le....

*1st attempt failed*

Well... had to clean everything and start over again... This time ahdee added the gelatine slowly to the hot water and stir .. Finally the solution looks okie... a bit yellowish... hmmm but flowing.... After that ahdee puts inside mango juice and stir till well... till awhile ... not too long and ahdee puts inside fridge.

*1 hr plus has passed..*

Oh no the thing haven solidify and therefore ahdee's mum put it inside freezer

*3 hrs passed*

Ahdee just took out to check.. well shape looks okie.. but now become frozen iccicle le la... (-_-")

Then ahdee broke a bit... the inside is watery somemore... haiz guess ahdee put too little gelatine

*2nd attempt failed*

Sianz.... Well.. next time then try again ba.. Ahdee suffering from cold and a bit feverish from all the chocolates and snacks he has been munching.... (-__-") Dun worry.. this wun be the last time ahdee attempts wokking.. *End of ahdee's wokking adventure 1*
